Xavier was Revenue Manager at Pierre & Vacances before heading up the Revenue department of a hotel group and then a team of consultants at a firm specializing in RM & Pricing.
Now Chief Operating Officer at Rield, he combines strategic vision with analytical rigor. He oversees client performance with one priority: delivering sustainable, measurable results that are perfectly tailored to each organization.

Arthur headed up the Revenue Management and Business Intelligence departments at an airline, where he honed his expertise in modeling, machine learning, and business strategy.
Now Chief Revenue Officer at Rield, he brings this experience to sectors with high potential. He oversees the development of algorithmic tools and business intelligence with one ambition: to unlock the full potential of your establishments.
